New Australian Flag : eucalyptus leaf reed design

In 2025, it’s important that Australia adopts a new flag that embodies our national identity completely. Our current flag does not represent Australia, our Iconic symbol the kangaroo is missing. Despite its widespread use in our military, tourism, and exports, the kangaroo is conspicuously absent from our national flag.

The proposed new flag integrates everything that defines us as Australians: our sporting colours, the iconic kangaroo, and a profound tribute to our Aboriginal heritage. Picture two kangaroos proudly holding the Aboriginal Meeting Place symbol, surrounded by eucalyptus leaves reed. Yellow symbolises our wattle, green represents our eucalyptus trees, and white signifies peace and harmony.
This new design not only celebrates our natural beauty but also honours our Indigenous roots, making it a symbol of unity and pride for all Australians. It’s time for a flag that truly reflects our nation’s spirit and diversity. Let’s rally together to embrace this new Australian flag for a brighter future.
